We accept Credit and Debit Card payments (2.65% fee added).

We rent out our Town Hall for meetings and events. Please contact Town Clerk for more information.

Letters are being sent today to every Town of Hopkinton resident (and probably a few sent in error to some who aren't residents), reminding you that if you own a dog, it is NYS law that you license the dog as soon as it turns four months of age.  Licensing is easy.  Bring in or mail a copy of the dog's current rabies vaccination certificate, along with $7.50 for a spayed/neutered dog or $15.50 for an intact animal, and you will be issued a license.  It's just that easy.  There's still time to take advantage of free rabies clinics in St. Lawrence County.  For more information, call 315-328-4187, ext. 1.  Scroll down to the "forms" section for a copy of our dog licensing application.

Save yourself the embarrassment of a ticket and come in and say hello to the town clerk instead of the court clerk :)

Per NYS Ag & Markets, the dog must be licensed if it is harbored in Hopkinton for 30 or more days.
